Shipping Policies & Practices:

  • Book orders typically ship the same business day if received before noon. Otherwise, they usually ship the next business day.

  • I try to keep one edition of each print in stock. If the print is in stock, it will usually ship within one business day. If the edition needs to be printed, it might take up to four weeks for the order to ship. I will email you to let you know if there might be any delays.

  • Note that my travel schedule can occasionally delay shipments by a week. I will email you to let you know if there might be any delays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping is handled via UPS or USPS. The typical delivery time for USA orders is 1 to 5 business days. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for international order deliveries.

    • Note that customs clearance delays can occasionally occur.

    • International buyers are solely responsible for any customs duty fees.

  • All packages are trackable and insured for the full value of the item(s) shipped.

  • In the unlikely event that your print or book is lost or damaged during transit, please contact me. I will file a claim with the carrier and send out a replacement.

Return policy:

  • Books (including “Special Edition” and “Collector’s Edition” releases): all sales are final. If your book is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me, and I will send you a replacement copy.

  • Prints: because prints can constitute a significant financial investment, I offer the option to return the print for a refund if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. A return request must be initiated using the contact form within three business days of receipt. The print must be returned in its original condition. Once the return has been processed, I will issue a full refund minus a 5% handling fee. Note that shipping fees, including return shipping costs, are nonrefundable.
