Shipping Policies & Practices:
Book orders typically ship the same business day if received before noon. Otherwise, they usually ship the next business day.
Print orders: If the print is in stock, it will usually ship within one business day. If the edition needs to be printed, I can usually print it within about a week. But once this is done, I need to then sepia-tone the print, let it flatten for 3 days, mat it, and frame it. The entire process can take anywhere from two to four weeks, depending on my schedule. I will email you to let you know if there might be any delays.
Note that my travel schedule can occasionally delay shipments by a week. I will email you to let you know if there might be any delays.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Book orders ship via USPS Media Mail within the US.
Print orders in the US are shipped using either UPS or the US Postal Service (USPS), depending on your location.
The typical delivery time for U.S. orders is 2-5 business days from date of shipping.
All International orders ship via Asendia, a reliable international delivery service.
International orders usually take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered.
Note that customs clearance delays can occasionally occur.
International buyers are solely responsible for any customs duty fees.
All packages are trackable and insured for the full value of the item(s) shipped.
In the unlikely event that your print or book is lost or damaged during transit, please contact me. I will file a claim with the carrier and send out a replacement.
Return policy:
Books (including “Special Edition” and “Collector’s Edition” releases): all sales are final. If your book is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me, and I will send you a replacement copy.
Prints: I offer the option to return the print for a refund if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. A return request must be initiated using the contact form within three business days of receiving the item. The print must be returned in its original condition. Once the return has been processed, I will issue a full refund minus a 10% handling fee. Note that shipping fees, including return shipping costs, are nonrefundable.
