I sometimes get asked about what gear I use. This is a list of my kit as it stands in 2024, and it is the equipment I am using for my current project, “In Praise of Stillness.”

The lovely folks at Kodak Professional & the 400TX Project have featured a couple of my flower studies photographs on their social media channels.

Platinum-palladium printing is a traditional wet-chemistry process that dates back to the mid-nineteenth century. It is a labor-intensive and expensive practice that yields highly archival prints with a beautifully subtle yet wide tonal range. For these reasons, platinum-palladium prints are highly sought-after by photography collectors.

The San Francisco summer is in full swing and that means freezing cold temperatures coming in from the Pacific ocean, creating a marine layer and resulting in some gorgeous fog.

My recent book “Tsukiji” has been featured on Ted Forbes’ excellent “The Art Of Photography” YouTube channel.

I recently visited South Florida to attend to family matters. Thankfully, the camera kit made the trip with me and I was able to make a few images along the way.

I’m truly honored to have my photography published in the Spring 2022 issue of the acclaimed literary quarterly The Southern Review.

Delighted to have my photograph “Bay Bridge, Étude No 1” shown at the juried group exhibition “Community” at the Image Flow Gallery in San Anselmo, California.

I recently visited London, my first international trip since the beginning of the COVID pandemic. The main purpose of the voyage was to see family and friends, but I still managed to make a few images of this beautiful city.
